What data

Through the contact and BHV forms: name, company, email address and your message. In the client portal: your name, email address and company, your orders, quote requests and claims, and the documents you or we upload, such as proofs of payment, photos and invoices.

Why

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, carry out orders and maintenance, verify payments and meet our legal bookkeeping obligations.

Where your data is kept

We process data in our business email, our secure document storage and our automation environment. These providers process the data only on our instructions.

How long

As long as needed for the client relationship and after that as long as the legal retention period for bookkeeping requires. Contact form messages without follow up are deleted after two years.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The client portal keeps your login session and language choice in your browser's local storage. Logging out removes the session.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it. Send an email to info@iscnv.com.

Legislation

We process personal data in accordance with the Curaçao personal data protection ordinance (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens).
