Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in the Cayman Islands?
No. Our team works from Willemstad, Curaçao, and travels to your site for surveys and installation. In between we help remotely.
How does remote support work?
Under a support contract we help your maintenance team by phone and over a secure connection to your lock management software. Site visits are planned in consultation, with travel and accommodation charged separately.
Can you extend an existing Vingcard installation?
Yes. We supply locks, encoders, keycards and parts for existing installations and advise on upgrading to mobile key or Vostio.
Which currency do you quote in?
In US dollars. Payment is by wire transfer.
