General terms and conditions of ISC N.V.

1. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are not binding until confirmed.
2. Prices exclude O.B., import duties, freight and travel outside Curaçao unless stated.
3. Payment follows the quote. Stock items, keycards and portal orders are paid in advance. Late payment: 1.5% per month.
4. Portal orders are confirmed after the proof of payment upload, subject to receipt of the full amount. We order from the supplier once funds are received.
5. Title stays with ISC until everything is paid.
6. Cancellation costs 25% of the order value. Custom printed keycards and special orders are charged in full.
7. Warranty is 12 months on materials and workmanship. Batteries, corrosion, surges and lightning are excluded.
8. Liability is limited to the invoiced value of the item concerned. Consequential loss is excluded.
9. BHV courses can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the course date.
10. Law Curaçao law applies. Disputes go to the Court of First Instance of Curaçao.
11. Confidentiality and client relationships (contractors and third parties)

    This clause applies to every contractor, subcontractor, instructor, supplier or other third party performing work for or in cooperation with ISC N.V.

    All information concerning ISC N.V., its organisation, working methods, rates, quotations, contract terms and clients is confidential. This includes all information on the security, fire and evacuation situation of ISC N.V.'s clients. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties and shall not be used for any purpose other than performing the assignment.

    Clients and contacts that become known to the contractor through ISC N.V. shall not be approached by the contractor in order to offer services or do business directly outside ISC N.V. Nor shall the contractor act on such a request made by the client itself, but shall refer it to ISC N.V. without delay.

    These obligations apply during the assignment and for three (3) years after it ends. In respect of information on a client's security situation, confidentiality applies without limitation in time.

    The contractor shall impose these obligations on any person it involves in performing the assignment and remains responsible to ISC N.V. for their compliance.
