Frequently asked questions
Do you also supply keycards for other lock brands?
Yes. We supply cards and wristbands in the technology your locks use, also for Saflok, Onity, Salto and other systems, and we service your current locks until you switch to Vingcard. Tell us your lock and card type, or record them in the client portal.
Can guests use their phone as a key?
Yes. Vingcard locks with Bluetooth support a mobile key, so guests can skip the front desk. We advise which locks and software you need.
Can existing locks be renewed without new doors?
Often, yes. With Vingcard Flex you convert older locks to RFID without drilling the door again. After a survey we tell you what is possible in your situation.
Do you supply keycards with our logo?
Yes. We supply blank and printed RFID cards, wristbands and key fobs. You can also order through the client portal.
How quickly are parts and keycards available?
We keep commonly used locks, parts, safes and keycards in stock on Curaçao. We ship or bring them to Aruba and Bonaire.
Can the lock system connect to our PMS?
Yes. We connect lock management to your property management system, so the front desk encodes cards straight from the reservation.
