Frequently asked questions
Do I need a contract for service?
No. We also help without a contract, at our hourly rate. With a contract you pay a fixed monthly fee, get a discount on labour and parts, and fixed response times apply.
How do I report a fault?
By email to service@iscnv.com. You can also call +5999 888 8535 to discuss it. A written report starts the agreed response time. A defective product under warranty is reported as a warranty claim in the client portal.
What happens during preventive maintenance?
We check equipment and software, test every component and advise on replacement before something fails. For hotels we also synchronise every lock and check the battery status.
How often do you come for preventive maintenance?
You choose: 1, 2 or 4 times per year. We advise based on use and how critical your systems are.
Do you also work on Aruba and Bonaire?
Yes. Visits are planned in consultation, with travel and accommodation charged separately. For critical sites we agree on spare parts kept on site.
What does a maintenance contract cost?
That depends on the number of doors, cameras and systems and on the contract form. After a survey you receive a proposal with a fixed monthly fee.
How long does a contract run?
Usually one year, after which it renews yearly. The exact term and notice period are in your contract.
